1. Overview

Abiso Solutions ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Abiso Clicker Pro Android application, Windows Host application, and Microsoft Edge browser extension. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy details how we handle information.

2. Local Processing Guarantee

The core functionality of Abiso Clicker Pro relies on a peer-to-peer connection over your Local Area Network (LAN / Wi-Fi). Your presentation files, slide images, and private speaker notes never leave your room. We do not upload, intercept, or store your presentations on any external cloud servers during live slideshows.

3. Data Collection and Usage

To provide license verification and analytical features, we use the following services:

  • Google Firebase: We use Firebase Authentication to securely link your Lifetime Pro License to your Google Account. We store your basic account email and an anonymized Device ID to prevent license abuse.
  • Google Play Services: We utilize Google's on-device ML Kit barcode scanner strictly to read the pairing QR code displayed on your laptop. No images from your camera are ever uploaded to our servers.

4. Android Permissions

Our Android application requests specific permissions to function correctly:

  • Network & Wi-Fi State: Required to establish the local TCP/UDP connection between your phone and laptop.
  • Camera: Required temporarily to scan the pairing QR code.
  • Foreground Service (Media Playback): Required to keep the remote connected and intercept hardware volume button clicks while your phone screen is turned off.
  • Vibrate & WakeLock: Required to deliver silent haptic pacing alerts during your presentation.

5. No Data Selling

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, email address, or device data to any third-party advertisers or data brokers.

6. Account and Data Deletion

You have full control over your personal data. We provide two ways to permanently delete your account and associated data:

  • In-App Deletion (Instant): Open the Abiso Clicker Pro app, tap your Profile Avatar in the top-right corner, scroll to the bottom, and tap "Delete Account". Confirming this action will immediately and permanently erase your account from Firebase Authentication and delete your email and linked Device ID from our database.
  • Web / Email Request (If App is Uninstalled): If you no longer have access to the app, you may request full account and data deletion by emailing us at abisosolutions@gmail.com with the subject line "Account and Data Deletion Request" from your registered Google account email. Requests are processed within 48 hours.

What is deleted: Your Firebase Authentication record, associated email address, and linked Device ID are permanently erased. We do not retain residual backups of deleted user profiles.

Notice: Account deletion permanently revokes any active Lifetime Pro licenses associated with the account, as license records are tied directly to your verified email identity.
